Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS) is seeking a small business vendor to provide monthly cleaning and maintenance for a total of three (3) aquariums. The quantity of Aquariums may adjust over the course of this contract. The Contractor shall meet all certifications, licenses and /or permit requirements of all Federal, State or City codes regarding operations of this type of service. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the solicitation Statement of Work (SOW). The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 453910, with a small business size standard of $19.0 million applies. All potential vendors MUST be registered and show Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at. https://www.sam.gov/sam/. Potential vendors should register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov. in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. The contractor shall be regularly established in providing cleaning and maintenance for fish aquariums for a minimum of at least three (3) years. The contract is for the period of the Date of Award through September 30, 2013 plus four (4) pre-priced option year periods.for the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105. No Fax or email solicitation responses shall be accepted. The Solicitation will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about February 8, 2013. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
