Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, VAMC Manchester, 718 Smyth Road, Manchester NH, 03104, intends to solicit a firm fixed price contract (base plus four one-year option periods) for delivery of medical grade bulk liquid oxygen. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and all other resources to establish a committed source of supply of medical-grade bulk liquid oxygen for the Manchester VA Medical Center. The contractor shall also provide the necessary equipment for a complete bulk liquid oxygen distribution system, including a contractor-owned 1,500 gallon tank with an appropriate back-up system (300 gallon reserve tank), vaporizers for the main tank including an auto switching manifold, vaporizer for the reserve tank, medical manifold cabinet, local alarm panel, and telemetry monitoring system. It is the Department Of Veterans Affairs' intent to solicit quotes under RFQ VA241-13-Q-0315 and award a single contract on a competitive basis. This RFQ will be a 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 325120. RFQ VA241-13-Q-0315 is anticipated to be published on or about February 6, 2013. No questions for this solicitation will be answered by phone. All questions must be submitted via email to teresa.cutty@va.gov. All questions will be combined and answered at once with an amendment notice to FedBizOps.
