- EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST TO SELF STOREAGE SPACE IN WEST PALM BEACH, FL REQUIREMENT : The Federal Government is soliciting expressions of interest (EOI) and market information for self storage space in West Palm Beach, FL. Minimum rentable square foot (RSF) is from 1,200 RSF to 1,260 RSF and shall yield a minimum of 1,200 usable square feet (USF) and a maximum of 1,260 USF. TERM : Lease shall be ten (10) years. After five (5) years government may terminate leased space in whole or in part by providing a sixty (60) day written notice to Lessor. DELINEATED AREA : To be considered, the self storage must be within an area bounded by: Within the City Limits of West Palm Beach, FL OCCUPANCY : Space to be ready by October 1, 2013. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING : 1. Building Name and Address or Site Location and Address 2. If applicable, location of space within the complex 3. Rentable Square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square feet 4. Lease shall be full service, including, but not limited to, utilities and custodial services 5. Usable square feet and Common Area Factor 6. Contact Information for Owner or Authorized Agent 7. Flood Plain map of the offered site ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS : 1. Minimum of one (1) outside reserved parking space 2. Facility shall have a secure area for loading and unloading 3.
