- Limited Sources Justification The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, intends to extend the period of performance on order HSCEMD-12-F-00018 for six months to L-3 Services Inc on a sole source basis for Program Management Office Support. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or email requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
