- Delineated Area Map as of 2.5.13 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Haines City Delineated Area: North: U.S. Hwy 17 (Between Lake Alfred and Haines City) South: SR 542 East: U.S. Hwy 17 (Between Haines City and Dundee) West: U.S. Hwy 17 (Between Lake Alfred and Winter Haven) Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,500 ABOA plus approximately 500 square feet of wareyard containing a 200 square foot shed. Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,600 ABOA plus approximately 500 square feet of wareyard containing a 200 square foot shed. Space Type: Office, Scientific Support Area, and Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): The wareyard must contain 17 reserved surface spaces for GOVs. An additional 17 spaces must be available for visitors and POVs at no cost, or at reasonable commercial rates, outside of the wareyard. Parking Spaces (Surface): 17 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 17 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: · All space must be on the ground floor of any offered building. In addition to the space outlined above, approximately 500 sf of fenced, gated, and partially canopied wareyard is required. A 6’ X 6’ area within the wareyard shall be available for installation of a 200 gallon storage tank for use by the agency to store quaternary ammonia. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
