- Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-13-T-0013: This solicitation will be advertised as a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 (Landscaping Services). The small business size standard is $7 million. The solicitation is for a firm fixed priced service contract to perform herbicide treatment services, Russellville Project Office. The proposed contract will be issued for a base period of 01 March 2013 or date of award through 28 February 2014 and two annual option periods from 01 March through 28 February. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 13.5. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only at the Army's Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about 10 January 2012. It is each offeror's responsibility to download the solicitation from the Internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractor4's responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation _search_form.cfm and search for Solicitation Number W9127S13T0013. All offerors are encourages to visit the Army's Single Face to Industriy Website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi to view other business opportunities.
