VENDOR FAIR ANNOUNCEMENT THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS ISSUED SOLELY FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION. ALL INFORMATION RECEIVED IN RESPONSE TO THIS REQUEST THAT IS MARKED AS PROPRIETARY WILL BE HANDLED ACCORDINGLY. IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 15.201(E), RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE ARE NOT OFFERS AND CANNOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT. RESPONDERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH RESPONDING TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The Fargo VA Health Care System is announcing a vendor fair for interested providers supplying EEG Medical Equipment. Vendors are asked to demonstrate the Electroencephalogram (EEG) equipment with ambulatory on site at: Department of Veterans Affairs Fargo VA Health Care System 2101 Elm Street Fargo, ND 58102 The demonstrations shall be conducted February 19 through 22. Demonstrations shall be limited to a maximum length of one (1) hour. Interested companies will need contact Pamela McKinnon at (701) 239-3700 ext 3558 or at Pamela.McKinnon@va.gov to schedule a demonstration time and room number no later than 12:00 PM CST February 13, 2013 to schedule a demonstration time. THE VA WILL ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR COSTS INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THESE DEMONSTRATIONS. NO FREE DEMOS OR EQUIPMENT SHALL BE LEFT AFTER THE DEMONSTRATION IS COMPLETED.
