- Redacted J&A AeroFlex Radio Testers Solicitation Number: Notice Type: ID40130015 Special Notice Synopsis: NOTICE OF AWARD LIMITED SOURCE CONTRACT Sole Source J&A (not attached as it relates to 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Services (FAS), Information Technology Commodity Division (ITCD) has received a requirement from WR-ALC/GRCBD Warner Robins AFB, GA for AeroFlex Radio Testers. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement to Technical Communities, 1111 BAYHILL DR STE 400, SAN BRUNO, CA, 94066-2305 in accordance with 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements stated in the attached Bill of Materials (BOM) may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports their ability to deliver the required products. Capability statements shall be received no later than the response date and time of this notice. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All correspondence pertaining to this Notice of Intent shall be submitted in writing via email to Kenyona Wilson, Contract Specialist at kenyona.wilson@gsa.gov no later than the response date and time.
