- FBO: SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Solicitation No. FA4855-13-R-0011, Roofing IDIQ Synopsis: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY for the Roofing IDIQ at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. THIS IS NOT A PRESOLICITATION OR SOLICITATION - OFFERS OR PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS NOTICE. Questions regarding this project will NOT be answered. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to research qualified firms with a primary NAICS Code of 238160 with a size standard of $14.0M, for a potential acquisition. *Revised* In order for your socio-economic set-aside to be considered, interested firms should submit, to the point of contact below, information regarding their company. Information requested is company name; point of contact with address, phone and fax numbers, and email address; SBA Set-Aside Categories (if applicable); and company capability statement. Information should be submitted no later than 1430 hours (2:30 pm), Mountain Standard Time, Tuesday, 26 February 2013. *Revised* The government reserves the right to issue a Multiple Award Construction Contract for this requirement. Interested firms who have already submitted a capability statement need not submit again, however, please confirm your company is still interested in this requirement in the event a Multiple Award Construction Contract is awarded. The work consists of the contractor providing all parts, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials, testing, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the following work: Remove, replace, and repair a broad range of roof systems and related assemblies that are identified in the bid schedule. Removing and replacing waterproof membranes, flashing, and insulation, inspecting roof decking and verifying proper drainage. Some minor electrical and mechanical work may be involved in order to remove and replace or relocate roof mounted equipment as needed in order to accomplish roof work. Roof systems include, but are not limited to, built-up roof (BUR), single-ply, shingle, metal, and standing seam metal roofs. Incidental work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: inspection, testing to include hazardous material testing, abatement of lead or asbestos containing materials, demolition and disposal, caulking, water stopping, painting, sheet metal work and repair of roof structural systems, decking, insulation, roof mounted equipment, fascia, soffits, gutters, downspouts, flashing and other related trim. The contractor shall comply with commercial and industry standards and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and procedures. The estimated contract value of this Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery Contract is approximately $10 million, spread out over the estimated performance period of one (1) basic year and two (2) one-year option periods.
