- This special notice is modified to provide a replacement version of the RFQ electronic file. This is an administrative action only, and is not an amendment to the RFQ. Due to technical issues the original posted file contains errata data generated by the contract software. This action is purely to replace the original electronic file with a new electronic version minus the errata references. Only the errata data has been removed, which has no impact to the RFQ terms / conditions or content otherwise. Errata data is not part of the formal RFQ document; it is purely used for administrative purposes by the Government. All RFQ terms and conditions remain in place as originally defined. The Government will only revise the RFQ by amendment and if executed the amendment will be posted to FBO and the AMCOM Express Web site. Parties should refer to this replacement file in lieu of the original RFQ electronic file. The replacement file will be named RFQ NonErrata.
