- 55 CONS/LGCZ, Offutt AFB, NE intends to increase the scope of the existing PMEAS contract on a sole source basis to Strategic Professional Resources, Inc. under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The estimated increase in scope is $10M, which will bring the total contract value from $22.6M to $32.6M. This additional scope will cover the period from 1 Apr 2013 through 30 April 2014 with a possible extension through 30 Sep 2014. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The increase will permit the continuation of Program Management, Engineering, and Acquisition support to the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM). The Government will not be able to complete the follow-on effort source selection before scope of the current contract is expended. The increase in scope will enable the government to maintain the current level of support without jeopardizing USSTRATCOM programs and will allow the Government time to accomplish a follow-on contract award. This notice is neither a request for a competitive proposal nor a solicitation for offerors. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirement; however, the determination not to compete this extension is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will consider information received solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. This notice does not indicate a Government commitment.
