- The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for mowing, cleaning, and general operation and maintenance services for Atwood Lake, Dover Dam, Leesville Lake (Tuscarawas and Carroll Counties, Ohio) located near Dover, Ohio. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery type contract, competitively negotiated, NTE $1,300,000.00. The contract will be awarded for a base option period with four additional one-year option periods. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been evaluated as most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following technical factors: (A) Experience; (B) Past Performance; (C) Management Plan; and (D) Equipment. Factors A through C are equal in importance and Factor D is significantly less important than A through C. A pre-proposal conference will be held on 12 March 2013 at 10:00 AM at the Atwood Lake Project Office, 3434 St. Rt. 212 NE, Mineral City, Ohio, 44656. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 25 February 2013, online at http://www.fbo.gov. To be eligible for contract award, all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM Internet site at http://www.sam.gov.
