- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Flight Critical Systems Research, NNL13451174R, which was posted on December 19, 2012. You are notified that the following changes are made: Amendment 000002 to solicitation NNL13451174R is being posted to amend solicitation section M.4(a) and Attachment 4.
