- Amendment 2 The purpose of this amendment is to : 1) inform the potential offerors that USAID staff and the 10 MW Plant Operator will be available on site on February 21 and 22, 2013 to receive interested offeror for site visit. Offerors will be allowed to submit additional questions by email by February 26, 2013. 2) extend the submission date of the proposal to March 15, 2013, 3:00 PM, Haiti time.
