- Description
- The 802nd Contracting Squadron at Lackland AFB, TX intends to award a Sole Source contract to Executive Information Systems, 6901 Rockeldge Dr. Ste 600, Bethesda, MD 20817, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract action is for the Maintenance Renewal for SAS Software for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Executive Information Systems, on a sole source basis due to being the only authorized vendor for SAS Software License renewals. The NAICS Code is 541519 and the small business standard size is $25.5M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Proposals must be received not later than 11 February 2013, 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposal procurement action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. Information received will be considered solely within the discretion of the government.
