SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This is a Sources Sought notice posted for the purpose of identifying capable vendors interested in providing these services to the VA Memphis VAMC. The Memphis VAMC seeks only interested parties who are actually capable of performing all of the requirements outlined in the attached draft PWS. Parties wishing to work as subcontractors to the ultimate awardee are encouraged to watch for actual award notices posted to FedBizOpps (FBO) and to contact the actual awardee after a contract is awarded. Award is estimated to be 6 to 8 months from the time the solicitation is posted. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Memphis VA Medical Center (VAMC) has identified a need to replace existing contracts to operate several Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) facilities in the following Memphis VAMC coverage areas: LocationEstimated Monthly Enrolled Veteran PopulationEstimated Solicitation Release Date Byhalia, Marshall County, MS8/1/2013 Smithville, Monroe County, MS8/1/2013 Helena, Phillips County, AR12/1/2013 Dyersburg, Dyer County, TN1,7004/1/2014 Savannah, Hardin County, TN2/1/2014 Jonesboro, Craighead County, AR10/1/2013 Attached hereto is a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). These documents are provided as an example of the solicitation that may issue in the near future. The period of performance shall be for a base period and four one-year option periods. There will be a single award made from each solicitation, or the Government reserves the right to make no award from the solicitation. It is estimated that one-quarter to one-third of the enrolled population will need mental health care services.
