- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is W81UPH30032001 issued as a Request for Proposal. SPECIFICATIONS: The USPFO for Utah has a requirement to purchase HMMVW helmet hardtops to mount and secure communication equipment per the 217th Signal Company Instructions. Minimum requirements are as follows: Helmet Hardtop Bed Cover 4 each Bed covers for 2-door vehicle with tailgate delete, pad lockable, aluminum rear barn door set with egress handle, 2 two way hingeless ventilators and additional reinforcements for troop seat mounting and OD Green CARC Dimension: 122.5 quote mark L x 85 quote mark W x 50.5 quote mark H with inside clearance over cargo bed of 60 quote mark Bracket Kit 4 each Bracket Kit for troop seat installation FOB Destination: Utah Army National Guard 12953 South Minuteman Drive Draper, UT 84020 REQUIREMENTS: 1.Quote will be awarded based on lowest price technically acceptable. 2.Specifications must accompany quote or risk being not considered. 3.Quote must be valid for 30 days. 4.New equipment only. Do NOT include remanufactured products. 5.Include quotation number, offerors name and address, point of contact, phone number, e-mail address, CCR number, and TIN on cover sheet submitted with bid sheet. Failure to provide this information with your quote may cause your offer to be considered non-responsive. QUOTE DUE DATE: NLT 1:00 pm MST 22 February 2013.
