Description
USCFC13-00002 Solicitation Attachment J17 Pricing Spreadsheet Section J Attachments 1-16 Cover letter for Solicitation The United States Court of Federal Claims (Court) has a requirement for court reporting and transcription services. Court reporters working under any award made as a result of this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be required to make digital recordings of proceedings and to produce transcripts of proceedings as requested either by the parties or by the court. The Court's jurisdiction is nationwide; while the majority of the services required will be within the Washington, DC, metropolitan area, there will be occasions when reporting services will be required in other cities. Prior to award, the successful Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (formerly the Central Contractor Registration) database at www.sam.gov. The term of the resulting competitive contract will be for a 12-month period, effective from the date of award, and will include four 12-month option periods that may be renewed at the discretion of the Court. The Court's intent is to award a hybrid requirements/indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) type contract as a result of this RFP. In order to be considered for award, an Offeror must be able to meet all the Court's requirements as detailed in the RFP. In addition, each Offeror MUST provide evidence of the reporter qualifications stated in RFP Sections C.4 and C.5; failure to provide this information may be grounds for rejecting an Offeror's proposal in its entirety. Photocopies of required documents are acceptable. Proposal Due Date: A paper original and five (5) paper copies of your proposal and a CD containing a completed Attachment J.17 must be received no later than March 1, 2013, 2:00 p.m. EST. Submit Proposal to: Kelley Morgan, Contracting Officer U.S. Court of Federal Claims 717 Madison Place, NW Washington, DC 20005 Direct Questions: Written questions regarding this RFP must be received by email no later than February 14, 2013, 2:00 p.m. EST.
