- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. The US Army Contracting Command (ACC)-Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) is conducting a market survey on behalf of The Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff (ODCS), G-4 to identify capable firms to support the Information Technology (IT) and Knowledge Management (KM) Support Services requirement. To perform this effort, replying firms are required to have a US SECRET Security Clearance, a SECRET Facility Clearance, and will require access to Communications Security (COMSEC) Information, NON-SCI Intelligence Information, and For Official Use Only (FOUO) Information. The contractor will also require access to Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) at Government locations as directed by the Contract Monitor. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes only as defined in FAR 15.201(e) to obtain market research- it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. The lack of the submission of data at this time will not eliminate any firms' participation in future competition, if such a competitive contract is assessed as possible by the Government through its evaluation of information obtained through this market research. The ODCS, G-4 is a joint-capable logistics community that requires contractor-provided services of the following; IT Helpdesk, computer systems, operating systems and all application software loads, hardware, blackberry devices, database management, customer support services and activities, telecommunications and telecommunication services, audio and video services, graphic design and support, facility management and operations, and the over arching systems enterprise architecture and its sub-components, metrics, continuous improvement, strategic planning, training, requirement analysis, IT operations and management, configuration management, performance monitoring activities, continuity of operations planning, business systems management, graphics, video teleconferencing (VTC), information assurance (IA), knowledge management (KM), KM program development and sustainment, content management, and change management. The specific requirements for which respondents must demonstrate their capability and capacity to perform are outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Draft Level of Effort is also provided. Respondents of this RFI are asked to provide the following information in their response regarding their subject firm's interest- Provide information showing the capacity (financial and personnel resources required to meet the requirements) exist within. Provide information showing the capability (resources at the designated location and skill set required to meet the requirements) exist within. Respondents are also asked to provide past performance information on their subject firm (at least 2 examples of past performance (provide contract #'s)). Responses of this RFI are subject to the following: Page limit-Four (4) Pages, Microsoft Word 2007 compatible format. Respondents shall include contact information (CAGE/NAICS code, name, address, telephone number, email address), provide company size standard, and small business status. The file name of the electronically submitted information shall being with Market Research Control No. W15P7T-13-R-C115, there is a 5MB email limit. This file name convention will assist the Government in ensuring recognition of the intent of the information and the completeness of each submission.
