Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. The Marine Corps Air Station at Yuma, AZ intends to make a sole source award under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services will Satify Agency Requirements, to Walter Surface Technologies for the maintenance and servicing of Government-owned Bio-Circle parts washers located aboard the Station. The anticipated award date is 14 February 2013. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition is attached. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals, or quotations. No contract will be made on the based on EOIs, proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice.
