Description
FTI Redacted J&A The contractor shall submit a written procedure to apply required stress field in IAW DI-MISC-80392. The contractor shall provide all necessary tooling, inspection gauges, removal tools, and equipment to achieve the requirements. The contractor shall provide a quantity of 100 pieces of the bushings required for the holes positioned at 90 degrees, 100 pieces of bushings for the 30 degree holes identified and 20 pieces for the oversized holes indentified. The contractor shall submit a report depicting the test data IAW DI-MISC-80508B. The contractor shall provide a Certification/Data Report that the equipment, tooling, and process meet the requirements IAW DI-MISC-80678. The contractor shall install 13 bushings into two (2) additional test sections. The test sections will be provided by BL. The contractor shall provide two (2) commercial training manuals for operation of the equipment necessary to complete the requirements. The contractor shall provide two (2) commercial maintenance manuals for all equipment necessary to complete the requirements. The period of performance is 120 days after contract award.
