- Description
- The purpose of this RFI is to solicit information on new, innovative, conventional systems to deny entry, exit, and operational use of facilities designed to support the production, storage, and/or employment of WMD materials for days to weeks in semi-permissive elimination operations environments. Operating conditions (i.e., operational environment, mission scenario, security personnel limitations, etc.) may require technologies to deny access to WMD facilities for some time period (days to weeks) until elimination equipment and personnel arrive on site. Such access denial scenarios for elimination operations may be warranted to reduce illegal proliferation, control sensitive sites, and/or protect local populations.
