- Request for Proposal SF 1449 RFP Cover letter NOTICE TO ALL OFFERORS The Request for Proposal will utilize the procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition, and will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS will be 493110 "General Warehousing and Storage". The NAICS has a size standard of $25.5M for average annual receipts. The Government has the mission to deliver critical medical assets to the site of a national emergency (e.g., man-made disaster, flu outbreak, earthquake, etc.). The Government manages a national repository of antibiotics, chemical antidotes, antitoxins, life-support medications, and medical supplies that can be used to supplement state and local resources during a large-scale public health emergency. The Contractor shall provide storage and delivery of immediate response 12-hour containerized medical supplies. This support is being procured for three separate sites. Each site will be awarded a separate contract. There is no limitation on number of contracts a single contractor may be awarded. All offerors are required to submit a signed corporate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) (Attachment D) in order to receive the Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) agency information - including the locations of the three sites, the identity of the requiring Agency, and Wage Determination. Upon receipt of the executed NDA, the Government will send the SBU to the designated point of contact. The NDA should be sent to the FEDSIM Contract Specialist, Millicent Hawkins (millicent.hawkins@gsa.gov).
