Clauses Statement of Work Requirements. Synopsis/Solicitation attached for: Egenera Total Maintenance Renewal: This is a combined synipsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this motice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested from this document and a written solicitation shall NOT be issued. The NAICS is 541512 and the small business size standard is 25.2 million. This is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation number is SBAHQ-13-Q-0018. FAR 15 is not applicable to this procurement. This solicitation shall be a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effecct through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-62 (December 20, 2012). In accordance to FAR Subpart 4.1102 contractors MUST be registered in System for Award Management, (SAM) and DUNS number shall be required for award. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
