- On February 8, 2013, the United States Agency for International Development, Office of Acquisition and Assistance, awarded an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to Millennium DPI Partners, LLC. (Small Business Set-Aside) The Rule of Law IQC mechanism is vital to supporting the foreign assistance objective of Governing Justly and Democratically - to promote and strengthen effective democracies in recipient states and move them along a continuum toward democratic consolidation. The ROL IQC provides the Office of Democracy, Human Rights and Governance in the Bureau of Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA/DRG) invaluable support to serve missions' programs in the area of new or ongoing legal reform assistance initiatives.
