- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is L13PS00194 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. The NAICS CODE for this project is 238990, Business Size Standard 13.0 Millions, and a Small Business set aside. The BLM intends to issue a Request for Quote to award a single firm fixed price contract for the Wade Fence 2013 project location is Carbon County Montana. The Schedule of Items includes: 00010) Wade Fence 2013 Project. The complete description of the Schedule of Items can be found on the attached Specifications document. Include pricing for each Item on the attached Value Schedule document. The Period of Performance is 34 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A Site Tour will be scheduled; Tuesday, February 19, 2013, 10:00am at Maverick Store (Parking Lot), 2646 U.S. Hwy 310, Bridger, Montana. Response date for quotes will be on February 28, 2013. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small business concerns. Prospective contractors are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM).
