Description

The Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks, Fayetteville, Arkansas, has a requirement to contract for residential housing in the Joplin, Missouri area for those veterans at the Rogers, AR. The resulting purchase will be a Firm-Fixed Price Agreement with one base period of performance and four optional periods of performance. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. NAICS 624221 SIZE $10.0 MILLION. Offerors established residential housing facility is required to be located within Rogers, AR. area and are required to adhere to all requirements license, and certifications as identified in the requirements of the solicitation. The Request for Proposal (RFP)will be issued on or about 02/14/2013 with responses due on or about 03/01/2013, 01:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST). Interested parties responding to this RFP shall provide a written response by due date and time indicated on the Solicitation. Only written responses received by the due date and time will be accepted. Responses may be hand delivered, delivered by post or submitted electronically.
