Description

The Salem VAMC, Salem, VA is seeking the services of a qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business who has proven experience in roofing repairs and installation to complete "Renovate and replace roof - Building 75" project located at the Salem VAMC. The Classification Code for this project is; Z - Maintenance, repair, and alteration of real property. The NACIS code for this procurement is 238160 with a small business size standard of $14 million. This is an SDVOSB Set-Aside. The tentative date for the solicitation to be released and the specifications to be uploaded is 02/15/2013. The tentative date for bid opening will be on/about 03/19/2012.These are only tentative dates. The solicitation will have specific dates, times, and locations for the bid opening and site visit. The magnitude of construction per VAAR Part 836 is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only. This is not a request for pricing at this time.
