- The Western Regional Contracting Office (WRCO) intends to solicit a Request for Proposals (RFPs) for solicitation W91YU0-13-R-0017. The RFP will be posted in Federal Business Operations (FBO) as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The intent of this requirement is provide either onsite (MTF) or remote (Contractor's Facility) outpatient clinical coding services, electronic outpatient auditing, and onsite ICD-10 coder training for the Western Regional Medical Command's (WRMC) Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) for 1 June 2013 - 31 May 2014, plus three one-year option periods, if exercised. The primary NAICS for this requirement if 621999, All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services, with a size standard of $10 million. The solicitation will be posted on or about 28 February 2013 and can be accessed at: https://www.fbo.gov. Prospective offerors will be able to download the solicitation and any supporting documentation from the website. Contract award is anticipated to be on or about 15 May 2013.
