- DUE TO A POSTING ERROR THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING RE-SOLICITED. The item being procured is: SLIDE ASSEMBLY, REAR; NSN 1005015815324, Qty 1324 each. To be procured in accordance with Knight's Armament Company (1S002) P/N 25650-1. The Governments required delivery is 120 days. FOB Destination I/A: Destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is Unrestricted. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at https:www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date. hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Technical drawings/bid sets are not available. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 21 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item with 15 days notice. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance. All offers shall be in English language and US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer, For shipment to various stock locations. The solicitation contains a 100% Option which may be exercised at a later date at the discretion of the Government. Add the following to Description: The solicitation will be available on DIBBS on its issue date on or around 2/26/2013. TYPE OF SET ASIDE: Unrestricted.
