This Presolicitation notice is issued to advise potential contractors of an upcoming project to take place at the Erie VAMC located at 135 E 38th St Erie, PA 16504. The project, Access Control and Security Upgrade, is for the complete removal, replacement and expansion of the facility access control, intrusion detection, and physical electronic security systems as required by drawings and specifications. This is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small business (SDVOSB). The solicitation is expected to be released on or about 2/26/13.
