The Department Of Veterans Affairs, VISN 1, VA Central Western MA, Leeds, MA, 01053, intends to solicit a firm fixed price indefinite delivery contract for Medical Grade Bulk Liquid Oxygen. It is the Department Of Veterans Affairs' intent to solicit quotes under RFQ VA241-13-Q-0302 and award a single contract for base year plus options (to be exercised at the discretion of the Government) on a competitive basis. This RFQ will be a 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 325120. RFQ VA241-13-Q-0302 is anticipated to be published on or about February 15, 2013.
