SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and shall not obligate the Government to award a contract. The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is to identify potential sources interested and capable of performing the work described herein and obtain information regarding business size and socioeconomic status, for example Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), 8(a) HUBZone, Women Owned Small Business (WO), Small Disadvantaged Business (SB), etc.). The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code associated with this announcement is 621610 with a size of standard of $14.0M. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Richmond, Virginia is seeking potential sources capable of providing Homemaker/Home Health Aide-In-Home Respite Care (H/HHA) Services. Services will include providing all Homemaker/Home Health Aide-In-Home Respite Care Services as authorized by VAMC to authorized beneficiaries in their homes. H/HHA services to be provided will include non-skilled and non-institutional services for the VAMC authorized beneficiaries for personal care aide, health aide, and homemaker services. The following counties and cities are included in the Richmond VA Medical Center servicing area. When issuing information please clarify which of the servicing areas your agency is able to adequately staff. The inability to staff all of the servicing counties and cities should not be a reason not to submit your agency information.
