- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) has a requirement to procure medical/surgical items for the Murfreesboro, TN CMOP facility. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. The Government anticipates awarding at least one firm fixed price purchase order and multiple awards may be issued from this solicitation. The anticipated award date is February 21, 2013. Solicitation Package VA797M-13-Q-0093 shall be posted on FedBizOpps on or about February 12, 2013. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. Delivery is required not later than March 8, 2013 or 7 days after award whichever is later. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments.
