- RSA Improvements, Dubuque Regional Airport, Dubuque, Iowa. Site preparation for the Localizer/DME - installation of reinforced concrete foundations for Localizer antenna array, DME antenna mast, equipment shelter, and electrical equipment. Installation of Localizer antennas, cable raceway, and distribution unit. Installation of new 10'x 20' fiberglass equipment shelter, and relocation of existing LOC, ARMS, MALSR, and RRCS equipment to new shelter. Installation R/W 13 PAPI and removal of R/W 13 VASI, including reinforces concrete foundations for PAPI lamp housing assemblies and power/control rack, EES. Installation of GFM PAPI system and associated conduct and cabling. Crushed rock access road between R/W 31 Localizer shelter plot and PAPI. This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transpiration (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has programs to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire capital and bonding assistance for transpiration-related contracts. This is applicable to any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT bonding assistance program enable firms to apply for bid, payment, and performance bonds up to $1.0 million per con tract. The DOT provides an 80 percent guaranty on bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are also available under the DOT short Term receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
