- NOTE: PLEASE INSERT 1502 IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF THE RFQ OR YOUR QUOTE MAY BE OVERLOOKED AND NOT CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. The essence of this arrangement is that a contractor will be awarded a SPQ and will provide the SIX NSNs to satisfy the requirements for the Special Order Program (SOP) for orders to be delivered any location within the United States. The period of the SPQ will not exceed a one year time frame. Items will be awarded on an item-by-item basis and each item will be awarded to a single vendor. There is no guarantee of orders and the SPQ can be cancelled at any time. DELIVERY TERMS ARE FOB ORIGIN FREIGHT PREPAID AND ADDED TO THE SUPPLIERS INVOICE FOR DIRECT DELIVERY ORDERS TO A SPECIFIC END USER. NOTE THAT SUBJECT SOLICITATION DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN ORDER. Previous provider for subject NSNs and previous prices paid are attached. The Government will make award to the responsible contractor whose quote, conforming to the request for quote will be most advantageous to the Government. Consideration could be given to vendor past performance, delivery time, price, and minimum order quantities. By signing the 1449 signature document contractor verifies that the item they are quoting meets the Item Purchase Description as well as any applicable clauses. Items to be returned with quote: SF 1449 VENDOR RESPONSE DOCUMENT ADDITIONAL FILL IN CLAUSES MILITARY MARKING DOCUMENT MSDS SHEETS QPD/QPL INFORMATION IF QUOTING ITEMS 1 AND/OR 4 CLOSE DATE IS FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 15, AT 9:00 AM EASTERN TIME-8:00 AM CENTRAL TIME.
