Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. This is not a request for offers or proposals. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. This is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to issuing a Request for Qualifications. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for information received as a result of this announcement. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The Acquisitions Division (4PQAP) is conducting a market survey for an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Partition Contract for repair, alteration, and construction services for the Atlanta South Service Center, Atlanta, Georgia. The requirements for this opportunity include providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, and supplies required to perform various construction projects identified by individual delivery orders issued. Delivery orders will be issued by the Atlanta South Service Center. For this effort, the Acquisitions Division (4PQAP) is also seeking information on experienced General Contracting firms within the Atlanta area that qualify under the 8(a) Program, the HUBZone Program and/or the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Procurement Program. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this potential acquisition is 236220. The anticipated contract will consist of a Base Award Period of one (1) year, and three (3) one-year option periods. Total contract period, to include options, shall not exceed four (4) years. This contract will be based on Pre-Priced Line Items. Bidder shall submit a single percentage factor covering all line items for regular hours and a single factor for non-regular hours for both partition and asbestos work in order to be considered responsible. Overall knowledge and experience within this contract delivery vehicle is highly preferred.
