Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - FA9300-13-M-5001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-65 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20121231. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is 7025. NAICS is 334112 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside.
