- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Wallops Engineering Services Contract (WESC) NNG13374674R which was posted on October 11, 2012. You are notified that the following changes are made: Revised Question and Response document uploaded on February 12, 2013. The revised Question and Response document uploaded on 2/12/2013 replaces the original document posted on 02/07/2013.Changes were made to the response of questions 19, 74 and 99 - which are denoted in 'yellow' highlights. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
