- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (2013 Kawasaki Mule) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). RFQ # M67399-13-Q0005 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-65, dated January 29, 2013. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% HUBzone Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 336112. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 3799. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The Product Supply Code (FSC) for this order is 2310. This is a brand name or equal requirement. These following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN0001 – Quantity: 4, 2013 Kawasaki Mule 4010 TRANS 4x4 Diesel, Scout Green CLIN0002 – Quantity: 2, 2013 Kawasaki Mule 4010 4x4 Diesel, Scout Green CLIN0003 – Kawasaki Good Times Protection Plan, 48 Months Place of delivery will be Distribution Management Office, Building 1102, Door 23, Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC) Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) 29 Palms, Twentynine Palms, CA 92278. The awardee of this requirement is required to be registered with, understand, and invoice through Wide Area Workflow. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition. EVALUATION The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible/responsive quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following evaluation factors shall be used to evaluate quotations: 1. Price The evaluation factors are listed in their relative order of importance (descending order of importance). Award will be made to the quoter whose quote contains the combination of those criteria offering the best overall value to the Government.
