- Wage Determination Pictures Drawings Statement of Work SF 1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation FA6648-13-T-0001 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-65. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 238990 and the small business size standard is $14,000,000.00. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; This Scope of Work consists of, but is not limited to, repair of two gates within Homestead Air Reserve Base. All research, design, labor, services, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and all miscellaneous requirements needed to perform all operations in conjunction with the effort to accomplish the Scope of Work below are the Contractor's responsibility. All work shall be done in conformance with applicable sections of the included references, the government-approved contractor-submitted project specifications and drawings, Federal, State and Miami-Dade Department of Environmental Management (DERM) codes and regulations, and OSHA requirements. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items and award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable quotation that meets the physical, functional, and performance criteria outlined in The Statement of Work, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. DFARS 252-212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. All firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database @ www.sam.gov and shall be considered for award. There will be a site visit conducted on 20 February 2013 at 09:00am.
