- Description
- PRINTING: Prints type and line matter plus a minor solid. Some reversed type. Prints in Black Ink. CONSTRUCTION: Manufacture open side, side seams, and a 2" ungummed flap. Throat depth of envelope must not exceed 1/2". Insert two red buttons (one on the flap with a square reinforcing patch on the inside centered in the long dimension and one on the seam side of the envelope corresponding to the one on the flap) with 10" to 12" of string for closure. After construction, drill two 1/4" diameter holes centered on the 9-1/2" top (through the seam), 2-3/4" center to center. Center of holes to be 3/8" from the top edge of the product. Score on the flap fold, DO NOT FOLD THE FLAP. All seams must be fully and permanently sealed with a stain-free and odor-free adhesive. Follow construction sample. Text: White Tyvek Envelope equal to JCP V-90 White Tyvek, Basis Weight 14-18 lbs. All paper used in each copy must be of a uniform shade.
