- Solicitation QSDM-J9-131560-A is issued on 2/13/2013. The Solicitation will result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPA) for 18 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) in the 8040 Federal Supply Class. Solicitation is issued by GSA, FAS, Heartland Supply Operations Center (HSOC). The resultant agreement(s) are intended for use by HSOC Contract Specialists and Contracting Officers ordering NSNs only. BPA period will be five years. See Item Purchase Descriptions/Schedule of Items for individual NSN requirements. Shipment shall be made within 45 days after receipt of order or less, FOB Origin Prepay and Add. Orders will be direct delivery to a specific end user. Quotes will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) for each item. Items will be awarded on an item-by-item basis. NOTE THAT ITEM 14 IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Specific details regarding the LPTA method of award are shown in the solicitation (see regulation 52.212-2 for details).
