The submission deadlilne for the RFP is hereby changed: FROM: 12:00 noon March 5th, 2012 TO: 12:00 noon April 5th, 2012 This new closing dates extends to the submission of Past Performance Questionnaires, as well. Please use either of the two versions previously posted. Questions received will be answered as soon as possible and posted to a revised Attachment 17.
