Description

P-8A Inc 3 Ref Arch P-8A Inc 3 ABA SDS P-8A Inc 3 ABA SOW Exhibit A - CDRLs DRAFT Solicitation, N00019-13-R-0045 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) seeks proposals for the P-8A Increment 3 Application Based Architecture (ABA) System Prototype and a Preliminary Design of the P-8A ABA System during the Technology Development (TD) phase of the P-8A Increment 3 program. Attached to this announcement is a full text DRAFT version of the P-8A Increment 3 TD solicitation, Contract Data Requirement Lists, P-8A Increment 3 ABA System TD Statement of Work (Note: The SOW reference and guidance material (sections 2.1 & 2.2) shall not be available at this time.), P-8A Increment 3 ABA TD System Design Specification (SDS), and P-8A Increment 3 Reference Architecture. This P-8A Increment 3 TD solicitation shall be subject to the following DFAR clauses: 252.225-7000 Buy American Act--Balance of Payments Program Certificate; 252.225-7001 Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program; and 252.225-7002 Qualifying Country Sources as Subcontractors. NAVAIR is anticipating an Industry Day on the subject solicitation on or about 7 March 2013. All Offeror's are encouraged to monitor FedBizOpps for further information/details/changes to the DRAFT solicitation.
