Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) awarded the contract to Eckerd College, Inc., for Conflict Dynamic Profile-Individual and Conflict Dynamics Profile tools to assist with Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for the Office of Resolution Management (ORM).
