- Description
- This is an unrestricted acquisition for Fresh Bread and Pastry items for DoD customers in the Southern California area. The delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Bread and Pastry items for delivery, beginning on February 16, 2014 through February 18, 2017. The resultant contract will be for a 3 year performance period (Years 1 and 2-Firm Fixed Price; Year 3-Tiered Price). The resultant award will be for an indefinite delivery contract, with a guaranteed minimum of 25% and a maximum of 200% of the actual award value. The solicitation will be issued under FAR 13.5 - Test Program for Commercial Items. Anticipated solicitation issuance date is March 13, 2013. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFP's are in portable document format (PDF's). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com.
