- Description
- The following activities in Hawaii require various and Indefinite Quantities/Indefinite Deliveries of fresh milk and dairy products: GROUPS I Through V : Navy Land Based Activities at Pearl Harbor and Surrounding Area; (Troop Issue); Kaneohe Marine Corps Base (Troop Issue and CDC); USCG Air Station, Barbers Point and Coast Guard Ships; H ickam AFB; Schofield Barracks and Tripler AMC Hawaii (Troop Issue) Navy Ships, Pearl Harbor, HI, and Barking Sands, HI. It is anticipated that, award will be made prior to 12 June 2013. The performance period is anticipated to be 12 June 2013 to 11 June 2016; Groups I through V are Unrestricted to Business Size. Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery, Fixed Price with EPA, Supply type Contract with a minimum guarantee of 25%, and a maximum of 200% of the estimated total dollar value. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted to business size, and under full and open competition for this acquisition. All materials used in production are to be furnished by the Offeror. All responsible sources may submit proposals, which will be considered by the Agency.
