- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering NSN 6685-00-530-3614, Indicator, Temperature, Thermocouple. The estimated annual quantity is 48 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 12 EA which is applicable only to the base year. FOB Destination; Inspection Acceptance Destination. QPL item. Solicitation will be issued Unrestricted. Full and Open Competition applies. Item is not commercial. Item is used in support of the Stratofortress B-52 Aircraft and other military applications. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is March 4, 2011. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
