Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: San Diego Delineated Area: North: Hawthorn Street South: Market Street East: 4 th Ave West: Pacific Highway Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,717 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,853 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): N/A Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: · Offered space to have 9ft ceilings. · Offered space to be within 3 city blocks of Public Transportation. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: 03/04/2013, 4PM Pacific Time TO BE CONSIDERED, Expressions of Interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at a minimum (This is not an invitation for bids nor a request for proposals): Building name/address Legal property description, recent survey, and property identification numbers (PIN) Location of space in the building and date it will be available One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (USF) Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included Common Area Factor used to determine the RSF Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized representative In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement, and permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission "Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. ” Expressions of interest accepted only from building owners and/or their authorized representatives. Expressions submitted by anyone other than the owner should include a copy of the agreement authorizing representation with their response to the advertisement."
